We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading flat roofing company based in Eccles, Manchester. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining smooth operations.


About the Role:

As a Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Handling project documentation and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to keep projects on track.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.


About You:

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has substantial experience in managing multiple projects at any one time.
  • Demonstrates strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Is adaptable and quick to learn new industry-specific practices.
  • Experience in flat roofing is not required, but a background in managing diverse projects is essential.
