CRC Professionals (UK) Ltd is a renowned M&E contractor established in Warwick for over 50 years, undertaking multimillion-pound contracts across various sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and leisure.

About the Job:

  • As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee D&B projects up to £10M across all sectors.
  • You will manage project handovers from estimating, ensuring thorough understanding of project design, drawings, and specifications.
  • You will develop comprehensive project programs, including key dates, technical submittals, and RFIs.
  • You will procure labour and subcontractor packages, focusing on cost savings and timely delivery.
  • You will maintain commercial responsibility, collaborating with QS on variations and ensuring profitable returns.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience managing multi-million-pound design and build projects for at least five years.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and relevant qualifications.
  • Effective planning and project management skills.
  • Commercially astute with good buying and financial management skills.
  • Excellent people management and leadership abilities.

Package:

  • Estimated annual salary range £65,000-£85,000.
  • Discretionary bonus scheme based on company performance.

  • Westfield Health Cash Plan and NEST pension plan.
  • 25 days holiday plus statutory 8 days.
  • Monday to Friday, core hours 40 hours a week, split between site, office, and home work.
