Job Title: Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our AMP 8 CSO Programme team in the East Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CSO project team, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain site document management systems, including uploading and managing documents.
  • Process delivery notes, goods received records, and plant and equipment on/off hiring.
  • Assist the Commercial team with supplier orders, accounting, and commercial administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Previous administrative experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail, with a willingness to challenge information provided.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
