Property Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled property asset manager to support our property team and undertake various asset management, support functions, and other duties as required.

The successful individual will work within a team responsible for implementing the overall asset management strategy for our Shopping Centre portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working with a team to implement the overall asset management strategy for our Shopping Centres
  • Optimising Net Operating Income through proactive asset management practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants on delivering development and refurbishment projects
  • Coordinating and contributing to the appraisal process of asset management initiatives
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including councils and other bodies
  • Supporting regional directors in delivering the overall asset management strategy
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree with MRICS status is highly desirable
  • Proven competence across a range of real estate skills, including leasing, L&T, property management, rent collection, and internal reporting
  • Understanding of basic appraisal, cashflow, and valuation concepts and techniques
  • Able to analyse and suggest improvements for service delivery
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and other IT systems
  • Knowledge of the retail market and its trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Sociable, outgoing, and able to network with industry professionals and other stakeholders
  • Holding a UK Driving license is essential for this role

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus (Estimated)
