Lead Development Football Coach

Are you a passionate and dynamic individual with a love for working with children and football coaching? We are seeking a Lead Development Football Coach to join our vibrant coaching team in Croydon, South London/Surrey.

About the Role

As a Lead Development Football Coach, you will contribute to football sessions for primary school ages, toddler football classes, football camps, football team training (u6-u15s), and multi-sport camps. You will bring enthusiasm and creativity to make our sessions super fun and exciting for the children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our weekly session plans, maximize the children's abilities, and report back to our management and admin team after each session.
  • Develop strong bonds with both the children and their parents, as well as the schools you work in.
  • Contribute to the development of our football classes centered around children, where energy, themed games, and smiles are our key ingredients.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual with a UEFA C license coaching course and experience working with children. You will be required to work a minimum of 10-16 sessions per week, including Saturdays and school holidays.
