About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at Tillo. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide expert financial analysis and guidance to support business development initiatives and strategic planning.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial insights and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key qualifications include:

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
