Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Analyse financial data and performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare and present financial analysis to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and provide actionable insights
  • Develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Oversee the development and monitoring of financial performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification from a recognised accounting qualification
  • Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI
  • Prior experience supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis
