The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Case Handler to join our team in Clevedon, North Somerset. As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers and their clients in the Personal Injury process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate nominations to solicitors through thorough assessment of case details.
- Instructing accredited medico-legal experts in line with company SLA's and solicitor specifications.
- Liaising with professionals, including solicitors, accredited medico-legal experts, and claimants.
- Coordinating and managing appointment bookings, ensuring claimants are informed through various communication channels.
- Ensuring instructed medico-legal experts have necessary paperwork, including medical records.
- Obtaining reports in a timely manner and completing necessary checks to ensure reports are CPR compliant and fit for purpose.
- Undertaking training in case management to follow Company Policies and Procedures.
- Maintaining accurate database entries and ensuring files are kept in good working order.
- Building relationships with solicitors through effective communication and providing regular updates on case progress.
- Ensuring deadlines are appropriately diarised, communicated, and tracked.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to complete daily allocations, workflows, and meet performance expectations.
- Demonstrating planning and organisation of own time, prioritising and completing daily allocations and workload.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a candidate with excellent customer care skills, good IT skills, and a fantastic team player attitude. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, a great eye for detail, and be highly organised.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, 100% office-based in Clevedon, North Somerset.
Salary:
The salary for this role is £23,000.
