Global Facade Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Facade Director to join our team at Allen Recruitment Consulting. As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of complex building projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the façade design team, setting performance objectives and fostering personal growth.
  • Provide high-level value engineering led technical expertise when applying structural engineering principles, techniques, and methods to the planning and design of building services projects.
  • Expand services through strategic partnerships and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Contribute to business development, nurturing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of project experience in shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, and residential & commercial towers, high-rise projects using latest design and construction technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of façade structural and thermal calculations, specifications, and performance requirements, technical due diligence surveys, etc.
  • Knowledge of FEA programs including non-linear/thermal analysis programs.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • People management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from a reputable college/university.
  • Software knowledge: ETABS, SAFE, STAADPRO, AutoCAD, Revit.
