Global Facade Director

Allen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Facade Director to join our team. As a key member of our structural engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the facade design team and overseeing the implementation of facade design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the facade design team and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement facade design strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage and coordinate facade design projects from concept to completion
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in facade design and engineering
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel internationally

Education:

Graduate degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Building Design (Architectural)

Software Skills:

ETABS, SAFE, STAADPRO, AutoCAD, Revit

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
