About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in childcare law, preferably from a local authority setting. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a caseload of child protection cases, adoption law cases, and matters related to the Children Act 1989. They will also be responsible for addressing other social care-related issues pertinent to the Council.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold a caseload of child protection cases, adoption law cases, and matters related to the Children Act 1989
  • Address other social care-related issues pertinent to the Council

Location and Salary
