Job Title: Response Surveyor

At Building Recruitment Company, we are seeking a skilled Response Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that responsive repairs are carried out to the highest standard, from start to finish. This includes monitoring the work of trade teams and contractors, ensuring delivery of high-quality work, and achieving high customer satisfaction within budgetary targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out pre and post-repair inspections, as directed by the scheduling system, to ensure that work is completed to the required standard.
  • Diagnose and assess work required, in consultation with customers, to ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the delivery and quality of work carried out by internal workforce trade teams and external contractors, to maximize customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Take lead responsibility for dealing with any issues or complaints in a timely manner, ensuring that lessons are learned from these experiences and implemented to improve future performance.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of repair operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, trade teams, and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within budgetary targets.
