We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Herne Bay. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small number of clients in the local area, providing long-term care and support. You will work closely with our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy management and gastrostomy.
  • Assist with PEG feeding, oral suctioning, and ventilation as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care, including personal care, is essential.
  • Must be able to commit to at least two shifts per week.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your vehicle are essential.
  • Must be based in the UK (we do not offer VISA sponsorship).
