About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small number of clients in the local area, providing long-term care and support. You will work closely with our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy management and gastrostomy.
- Assist with PEG feeding, oral suctioning, and ventilation as required.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care, including personal care, is essential.
- Must be able to commit to at least two shifts per week.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your vehicle are essential.
- Must be based in the UK (we do not offer VISA sponsorship).

- Competitive pay rates: £13.31 - £15.97 per hour.
