We're seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for leading our sales and service teams to achieve exceptional results and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate our sales and service teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Service: Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, demonstration, and sales techniques, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Beauty Services: Provide expert brow and beauty services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing, to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
- Stock Management: Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager immediately.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with store and department managers, as well as area managers, to ensure seamless operations and achieve individual and counter targets.
- Administration: Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks, and assist with area manager administration as needed.
- Staff Rotas: Ensure staff rotas are completed fairly and on a monthly basis.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and display area at all times.
