About the Role:
Clinique is seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team at M&S. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their skin and makeup goals.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, recommending custom-fit routines to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a visually appealing shopping environment and achieve sales targets.
- Support the development of team members, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
