We are seeking an accomplished Consultant Histopathologist to join our team at Frimley Park Hospital. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care, this role offers the opportunity to work with a talented multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

  • A 3-month contract duration.
  • Full-Time shift arrangement.
  • Monday – Friday working days.
  • Days type of shift.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for General Histopathologist appointments and participating in the cut-up rota. Key specialties include Breast Urology (kidneys), Gastrointestinal pathology (colon and rectal resections), Gynae (uterus and ovarian pathology). Reporting above specialties, but also including skin, diagnostic core biopsies (lung), is essential. Participation in MDT's is also required.

What We Offer:

Speciality doctors will support the service, as well as utilizing extra reporting sessions by other consultants across the network in conjunction with outsourcing providers.

Benefits Package:

  • A competitive salary between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
