Inventory Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee inventory levels, ensuring spares and consumables are available when needed.
- Control, order, and issue stock to support the continuous operation of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records using inventory monitoring systems.
- Take responsibility for the financial management of inventory, ensuring cost-effective stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to support maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in an engineering environment, particularly within heavy industry.
- Knowledge, experience, and understanding of supply chain processes within inventory control operations.
- IT literacy, with experience in CMMS and raising orders being highly desirable.
- Methodical and process-oriented, with the initiative to refine and improve inventory processes.
- Keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work, striving for continuous improvement.
