Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively, providing support to staff and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
  • Establish and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date and adhered to.
  • Handle maintenance issues and liaise with service providers to ensure that the office environment is well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with email scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
