About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Executive Lounge Host/Hostess to join our team at Hilton London Gatwick. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our Executive Lounge.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their table with professionalism.
- Ensure accurate and efficient table assignments.
- Coordinate with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance in a helpful and friendly manner.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
