Engineering Technician Lead

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team at Zest's state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our automation and production teams, you'll play a vital role in optimizing performance and introducing new technologies to maintain our high standards of quality.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment, as well as technical problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. In return for your expertise, we're offering a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, paid for working double days from Monday to Friday. Additional benefits include 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical and medical insurance, life assurance, gym membership, and enhanced parental leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventive measures to minimize downtime, collaborate with automation and production teams to optimize performance and introduce new technologies, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
