About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote High Standards of Quality: Ensure that our nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and maintains a high level of quality in all aspects of care and education.
  • Support and Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to playroom staff with their day-to-day duties, identifying and addressing individual training needs and deploying staff effectively to ensure high standards are delivered.
  • Health, Safety, and Cleanliness: Share responsibility for maintaining a safe and clean environment, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities in this area.
  • Keycarer Procedures: Ensure the effective implementation of keycarer procedures, allocating children to keycarers appropriately and maintaining open and positive relationships with parents and carers.
  • Planning and Feedback: Ensure that planning meetings take place regularly, providing professional and relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child's progress.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers, developing open and positive working relationships with staff and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
