Exciting Opportunity for Sales Manager

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a showroom and leading a sales team in the home improvement industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's showroom, including merchandising, floor layout, and product displays. They will also be expected to demonstrate products to customers, quote customer projects, and follow up on quotations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as experience managing a showroom within the home improvement industry. They will be computer literate and familiar with fenestration processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the dealership's showroom, including merchandising and product displays
  • Demonstrate products to customers and quote customer projects
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain customer relationships
  • Assist with marketing and promotions
Requirements:
  • Experience managing a showroom within the home improvement industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literate and familiar with fenestration processing systems
  • High attention to detail
