Job Responsibilities- Carry out deep cleaning, litter removal, and safe disposal of sharps and waste as per Health & Safety standards.
- Assist in the collection and safe disposal of bulk refuse.
- Support winter maintenance by clearing snow and leaves and applying salt to pathways and entrances.
- Regularly monitor the quality of cleaning and estate services, addressing any issues to maintain a high standard.
- Provide effective day-to-day leadership and line management for a team of Estate Services Operatives, setting high standards in cleaning and maintenance.
- Ensure the team is responsive, flexible, and delivers an exceptional level of service to residents.
- Oversee caretaking, refuse collection, and minor repair tasks, ensuring a consistent quality of work and compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
Estimated Salary: £35,415 per annum (based on 35 hours/week at £19.05/hour)
This is a full-time position, working 7-hour shifts between 8am and 6pm, on a rota basis. If you are a hands-on, organised, and committed Estate Services Cleaning Team Leader with the ability to lead by example, we want to hear from you.
