Site Operator Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer based in the UK, is seeking a skilled Site Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labouring and be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and maintain all manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work with other staff to meet production targets and improve overall efficiency.
  • Operate machines according to technical specifications and follow work schedules as directed.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a physical environment and lift heavy equipment.
  • Previous experience in a labouring or manufacturing role is preferred.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £11.63 per hour for the first 40 hours worked weekly, with a rate of £17.45 per hour thereafter.
