We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Coordinator to join our team in Cookstown. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their needs.
- Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to inform project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction coordination or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
