We are in search of an experienced and skilled Systems Analyst to support our client based in St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced, PE-backed tech company and be part of the transition to a new system.

Your main responsibility would be to provide expert advice and support the team throughout the process. A hybrid working schedule (3 days in the office) offers flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Offer general (financial) support in reconciling any immediate issues with the system and finalising its implementation, especially related to AP and AR.
  • Provide guidance to the team with month end tasks.
  • Utilise accounting expertise and system knowledge to ensure accurate production of financial statements.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with relevant experience
  • Sage X3 experience - not essential
  • Prior experience in systems accountancy
  • Working knowledge and expertise of the system implementation processes to provide sufficient support to the team in required areas

About the Role:

This role involves providing expert-level support to our client's finance team during the transition to a new system. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the system, including resolving any technical issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sage X3 and experience in systems accountancy. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
