About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, support with daily living activities, and promoting independence and dignity for our service user. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service user.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of our service user
  • Encourage independence and participation in activities, promoting a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
