Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to children and young people with long-term, life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users with their daily care needs, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
