About the Job

Care UK is a multi-award-winning care provider seeking a skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Bath. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve quality of life.

The Role Includes:

  • Leading and supervising care assistants during shifts
  • Administering medication and conducting risk assessments
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

Requirements and Benefits:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in health and social care (desirable)
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience in administering medication (or willingness to undertake training)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
