Senior Care Assistant Role Overview: In our Barchester care home, we are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to supervise a team of Care Assistants, support clinical teams, and deliver person-centred care. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting clinical teams in medication management, assessments, and care plans, and delivering quality care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of Care Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams on medication, assessments, and care plans to provide holistic resident care.
  • Deliver person-centred care, respecting residents' dignity and preferences.

About You:
  • You hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • You possess specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • You embody warmth, compassion, and commitment to individualised care.

Salary and Benefits:
