Human Resources Manager

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading professional services organisation in the South West to find their next HR Operations Manager. This is a 9-month contract opportunity that will see you lead a team of four in delivering exceptional HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding services to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across the organisation, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
- Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to support business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver cyclical activities that meet business needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the HR team to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
