Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Production Team Lead with all production, quality, process, and people activities.
- Oversee the day-to-day production process, communicating with all employees who report to you daily.
- Play a key role in training and developing team members to improve their skills and efficiency, ensuring we have an agile workforce.
- Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and influence team members.
- Apply excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Work varied hours, including days and nights, with a week of days and a week of nights, Monday to Thursday.
