Prior's Court Foundation is committed to providing exceptional care and education to young people with autism. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Extended Day Specialist.

Consistency and Personalisation

We believe that consistency is key to achieving success for our young people. Our Extended Day programme provides a seamless transition between education, residential care, and therapy, ensuring that each individual receives a personalised programme of learning that meets their unique needs and goals.

Generalising Skills and Reinforcing Progress

Our approach focuses on generalising skills and reinforcing progress in a range of settings. Every aspect of our young people's day is designed to provide opportunities for learning and skill-building, using our consistent approach to support the recognised need for generalisation and overlearning in autistic individuals.

Collaboration and Expertise

We work closely with education, residential, and therapy teams, as well as specialists and parents/carers, to ensure consistency and expertise across all settings. This collaborative approach enables us to provide a holistic and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
