Consistency and Personalisation

We believe that consistency is key to achieving success for our young people. Our Extended Day programme provides a structured and supportive environment that allows each individual to thrive. Our team works together to ensure that every aspect of a young person's day is tailored to their unique needs and interests.

Generalising Skills and Reinforcing Learning

Our approach focuses on generalising skills and reinforcing learning in a range of different settings. Every part of a young person's day is considered to provide opportunities for learning and reinforcing skills, using our consistent approach. This supports the recognised need for generalisation and overlearning in autistic people.

Collaboration and Expertise

We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, working closely with education, residential, and therapy teams to ensure consistency and expertise. Our staff are trained to provide high-quality care and education, and we are committed to ongoing professional development.
