Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to fill a challenging yet rewarding Community/District Nurse position. This role comes with a competitive salary of £34,600 - £44,800 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community/district nursing and be able to work effectively with housebound patients, providing wound management, medicines management, end-of-life care, and symptom control services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting patients in their own homes and residential care settings.
  • Managing wounds, ensuring effective treatment and prevention of complications.
  • Providing medicines management, including administration and monitoring.
  • Promoting end-of-life care and supporting patients and their families through this difficult period.
  • Offering symptom control services to improve the quality of life for patients.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • RGN qualification/NMC registration with a valid live PIN.
  • Recent UK nursing experience.
  • A background in community/district nursing.
