As an HR Business Partner, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional HR services. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice to clients, helping them navigate complex employment law issues, and developing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR guidance to clients, including advice on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business results and improve client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with the Better People team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
