Job Title: Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
  3. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  4. Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1 year sales experience in a commercial environment.
  2. Proven track record of sales success.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
