About the Role

As a seasoned Digital Infrastructure Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineers and collaborating with the IT Operations Director to provide top-notch support across various IT infrastructure aspects. This includes Microsoft cloud estate management, supporting services, and applications. Your primary goal will be to deliver strategic leadership and technical expertise in shaping the IT operations framework, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate governance policies and standards.

You will work closely with the CIO and senior IT leaders to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional leadership skills, a strong technical background, and experience in managing teams effectively. Additionally, you'll support high-level decision-making regarding Speedy's IT infrastructure, cloud estate, and supporting services, ensuring they remain aligned with business objectives and the Velocity Strategy.
