About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of nursing care and ensuring the smooth operation of the shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the care and management team to promote high standards of nursing care
  • Supervise staff and ensure the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner
  • Perform general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, and update care plans
  • Administer safe medication and provide person-centered care
  • Be dependable and flexible to meet the needs of residents and the home
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration and a valid PIN number
  • Relevant care home experience
  • Experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control, and pressure area care

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £22.05, career development opportunities, paid DBS, 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata), pension scheme, and 4 days accredited training per annum towards PIN registration.
