Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our client's team in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will be flexible to cover both day and night shifts, providing high-quality care to residents with general nursing and dementia care needs.

Responsibilities
  • Providing skilled nursing care to residents in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Administering medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and monitoring resident's conditions
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
Requirements
  • RGN qualification with current NMC registration
  • Prior experience working in a nursing home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents
