Production Supervisor

Amber Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Harwell, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacture of medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize production schedules to meet regulatory standards and production targets.
  • Supervise and manage a small production team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful production outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality, and regulatory colleagues to support business and project objectives.
  • Develop and conduct internal training programs to enhance manufacturing skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Supervisory or management experience in a science, manufacturing, or laboratory environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies and medical devices is beneficial.
