Job Title: Energy Efficiency Lead

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Lead to join our team in Cornwall. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery and coordination of the energy investment programme for our social housing provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver programmes of works, reporting on any energy improvements, and managing the energy efficiency team.
  • Contractor management and procurement to ensure works are carried out according to the specified timeline.
  • Ensure EPC ratings are upgraded by certain deadlines, and that these are accurate and compliant.
  • Undertake inspections and Retrofit Assessments on affordable properties to determine work requirements, and ensure that these are compliant with company standards.
  • Act as the Retrofit Coordinator to upgrade affordable properties.
Requirements:
  • Experience and qualifications in Retrofit and Domestic Energy Assessments.
  • Experience and qualifications in Building Surveying, Retrofit, or equivalent.
  • A full driving licence.
  • Experience in advising on energy efficiency.
  • Excellent IT abilities.
