Job Title: Heating Engineer

CTS Projects is seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs to tenanted properties, working in voids, and performing gas and oil servicing as required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out responsive repairs to tenanted properties
  • Work in voids properties
  • Perform gas and oil servicing as required
  • Itemize work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises
  • Carry out work to high-quality standards
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies
  • Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
  • Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
  • Eligible for OFTEC and On Gas safe Register
  • Completed oil training courses
  • Gas courses (CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, MET1, or others)
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry

  • Ability to work with a wide range of people
  • Flexible attitude towards assigned tasks
