Job Title: Heating Engineer

CTS Projects is seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join our team. As a Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs to tenanted properties, working in voids properties, and performing gas and oil servicing as required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out responsive repairs to tenanted properties
  • Work in voids properties
  • Perform gas and oil servicing as required
  • Itemize the work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises
  • Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies
  • Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
  • Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
Qualifications and Experience:
  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
  • Must be eligible for OFTEC and On Gas safe Register
  • Completed oil training courses
  • Evidence of gas courses either CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, MET1 or others
  • Completed and up to date Gas qualifications and either be gas certified
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Full UK Driving License

As part of our recruitment process, an Access NI disclosure will also be required. The role may also require the successful candidate to undertake work-specific training on the job or externally.
