About the Role

As a Product Range Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our product ranges, ensuring that they meet the visual style and aesthetic requirements of our brand. This will involve working closely with our design team to develop new products and ranges, as well as reviewing and approving samples, lab dips, and bulk materials.

Responsibilities
  • To support the development of our product ranges, ensuring that they meet the visual style and aesthetic requirements of our brand.
  • To review and approve samples, lab dips, and bulk materials, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards.
  • To analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth, developing commercially viable suggestions to support the buyer.
  • To contribute to range building activities, supporting the buyer in ensuring that range building and range sign-off activity adheres to the critical path.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, buying, and supply chain.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
