We're seeking an experienced Head of Asset Planning and Development Lead to join our team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for developing dynamic in-asset plans that align with strategic goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving cultural change in our regional planning function.

With strong commercial/financial skills and experience in project management, you'll work closely with Operations and Strategic Planning & Engineering teams to deliver performance commitments, improve operational efficiency, and reduce risk. Your expertise in asset management will enable you to develop Capital Maintenance programmes and agree on prioritisation of capital maintenance spend with Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business outcomes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive results and support the operational business plans. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the chance to build intervention programmes that deliver performance and efficiency outcomes, contribute to future price reviews, and understand the holistic asset risk position across the asset base.
