About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our Oral Care Field Team in Central, North and Southwest London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of our Oral-B products among dental professionals in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan to increase sales and market share of Oral-B products in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including product demonstrations, samples, and educational meetings.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong understanding of the oral care market and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dental professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
  • Valid driving license for the UK.
