We're seeking a skilled Toy Merchandising Champion to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll be responsible for delivering excellence in the Entertainer concessions within Tesco stores.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the Entertainer space is set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, shelves are well-stocked, and your fellow merchandisers are trained in all things toys.

You'll operate within a region, travelling across the South East London towards Canterbury to achieve coverage and quality targets by supporting, training and coaching colleagues.

About the Role:

Salary: £10,530

Contracted Hours: 15 per week - Monday and Thursday from 8am are definite with further shifts across Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday which will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in the Entertainer brand and products
  • Coaching and training fellow merchandisers on merchandising principles and procedures
  • Compliance and standards champion, ensuring high-quality service to clients
  • Partnership support, building relationships with instore colleagues and providing quality feedback

Requirements:

  • Happy to travel across the defined area
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
