Are you passionate about delivering exceptional retail experiences? We're looking for a skilled Retail Excellence Specialist to join our team as a Toy Merchandising Champion.

We're a leading field marketing agency, supporting iconic brands and retailers across the UK. As a Retail Excellence Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients' retail spaces are set up to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the Entertainer space is set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, shelves are well-stocked, and that your fellow merchandisers are trained in all things toys
  • Operating within a region, travelling across the South East London towards Canterbury to achieve coverage and quality targets by supporting, training and coaching colleagues
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams as the eyes and ears in the stores
  • Acting as a compliance champion, holding yourself and your colleagues accountable to deliver the highest standards

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions
  • Experience training or coaching colleagues would be a bonus
