About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to join our team at Eden Boys' Leadership Academy, Bradford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the academy's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-achieving faculty, driving excellence in teaching and learning
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver a knowledge-based curriculum that inspires and motivates students
  • Contribute to the development of the academy's leadership team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
About Us

Star Academies is a high-performing multi-academy trust that runs over 30 primary and secondary schools. We are committed to improving the life chances of young people in areas of social and economic deprivation, helping them succeed at the highest levels of education, employment, and the professions.

Our academy is a new secondary school for 11 to 18 year old boys that opened in September 2019. We were graded as 'Outstanding' in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2024. We have a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none.
